I’ve been on a new kick where I want to start replacing one meal a day, usually breakfast or lunch, with a smoothie. I made a bunch of smoothie prep packs and I can’t wait to share all my recipes! This first one is my more tropical smoothie.
I cut all my fruit the night before and then put it all in a ziplock bag to go in the freezer. The next day you can take it out and just put it right in the blender! I recommend adding water to help de-thaw the fruit and then I added a little bit of coconut milk for some creaminess!
